The user submissions are available for reading and rating in the Rate section.
The submissions immediately appear as ‘Un Rated’ content – where users can vote ‘Meme’ to indicate that they like it or vote ‘Lame’ to indicate their dislike as the content is inappropriate or dupe or inaccurate. Each vote increases the Memeplex value of the story.
When the story gets Memeplex mounting rapidly – it gets promoted to the front page called as ‘Top Rated’. If it gets more popular it qualifies for ‘5 Top Rated’ story of the month.

The Write section is a place to submit news, reviews and editorial articles for others to rate.
The submission can be a news item from other Websites: where the URL of the submission should be presented for others to view the original article, you can give a brief description of the news item as readers will find more details from the original site.
The submission can be a review or editorial article, which do not require am URL and you can use the Meme or Lame as a blogging platform for your submission.
Once submitted the story goes to the ‘Un Rated’ section for other users to review and promotion to front page.

Read section is for the users to download and read the compiled list of editorials as a Magazine available for reading online or for download. The stories submitted and promoted to front page before 25th of a particular month are compiled and considered for inclusion in the Magazine.
Once the stories are compiled they are no longer available for voting and users should vote on fresh content submitted.

Apart from rating the stories, users can participate in discussions on the stories by commenting on the story with your views and suggestions to improve it. The author of the story may consider it and add the suggestions or the editor may edit it to improve on it.
Other users can express their views on the comments with their voting – thus favoring a good suggestion and suppressing unwanted comments. Again the users are rewarded for their comments if is more popular for a particular month by getting displayed in the ‘5 Top Rated’ comments.
